A confirmed booking means a reserved slot, a blocked schedule, and a stylist who has already planned her flight to you.

In other words: you are expected on board.

Nelly Hairline mobilizes her team exclusively for you. That privilege has a value — and a price.

RESCHEDULE? WE'LL TRY. NO PROMISES.
Life happens. We get it. If you need to change your slot, reach out as early as possible.

If the schedule allows, we'll happily rebook.

If it doesn't, the flight departs without you — and the service remains due. Think of it like a non-refundable plane ticket: we can't hold the aircraft.

Any cancellation results in full billing of the service.
